TFMoran, on behalf of Bradley Whitney, Jennifer Habel, & Interchange Development, is requesting Major Site Plan approval and an amendment to a Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) for a 3 phased development consisting of a grocery store, liquor store, medical offices, financial services, retail stores, restaurants, and industrial uses; also requested is a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow a driveway closer than is otherwise permitted, for property off of Whitney Road in the Gateway Performance (GWP) District.
