Resolution appropriating the sum of $561,074 in the new airport terminal building project (CIP #383) for the design, permitting, and bidding of a new airport terminal building and accepting the sum of $365,754 in grant funds from the Federal Aviation Administration, the sum of $20,320 from the State of New Hampshire, and authorizing the issuance of bonds and notes in the sum of $175,000 for this purpose, together with a report from the Associate Engineer.
