Wilcox & Barton, Inc, on behalf of St. Paul’s School, requests major site plan application approval for the construction of a new 2,208-square-foot building, for the use as a mail and drop off center, serving the St. Paul’s School campus, along with associated site improvements at Tax Map 723Z Lot 13-1, addressed as 7 Rectory Road in the Institutional (IS) District.
